Taiwan’s largest contemporary botanical art international exhibition—“TABA Plantae Documentary 2026”—will open next February (please see Exhibition Information below). We warmly invite all friends who love botanical art to mark their calendars and not miss this event.
“TABA Plantae Documentary 2026” is also the 4th annual exhibition of the Taiwan Association of Botanical Artists (TABA). The theme is Plants of the World, featuring 65 outstanding works selected jointly by TABA and the Taiwan Forestry Research Institute (TFRI) from 248 submissions. 62 botanical artists from 17 countries will present plant portraits originating from corners of the world many of us have never visited—such as northeastern Turkey and the Caucasus, Angola in Africa, the Maluku Islands through the Solomon Islands, New South Wales in Australia, central Siberia, Kazakhstan, and many more. This exhibition allows Taiwan’s botanical art enthusiasts to broaden their horizons without leaving home.
